As the Clinical Customer Care Pharmacist Trainer, you will be responsible for contributing to and executing a training program that is consistent with PillPack's strategic goals and culture.
Through your ability to support and develop employees, you will contribute to a world-class training program and a culture of continuous learning and development.
Core Responsibilities Assist in creating role and project-based learning plans, training documents, eLearning, assessments and supporting documents Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions Work with the content team and PMs to keep project-specific POPs and training material up to date as project phases to general release Coordinate with non-pharmacist trainers for cross-functional workflows and changes Ensure all new employees are set up with all necessary systems access prior to delivery of training on specific projects Assess training effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports to determine the impact of training on employee skills Provide continuous support through regular check-ins, assessments, and training Serve as a resource to department/project managers when an employee's performance is below standards.
Execute additional training as determined by the department manager and training manager.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
