Clinical Customer Care Pharmacist Team Lead

The Clinical Customer Care Team is an extension of the Customer Care Team and is the clinical support team for the Customer Care Team in Salt Lake City.
Pharmacists on the Clinical Customer Care team will be the main source of clinical knowledge for our customers and for the Customer Care team.
The Team Lead for this pharmacist team will manage the day to day workflow and coaching of the CCC pharmacist team.
This role includes customer-facing interactions, individual coaching, and collaboration with other teams/departments as necessary.
Core
Responsibilities:
? Speaking with customers about issues that are clinical in nature, including but not limited to drug interactions, adverse drug reactions, new medication counseling? Support Customer Care phone agents with clinical questions that need to be answered? Researching and completing customer requests via Zendesk ticket? Investigate and report potential Quality Related Events and PHI breaches? Complete miscellaneous tasks as needed.
These tasks can include, but are not limited to prescription transfers, speaking with medical offices, verifying prescriptions, and completing various billing related tasks? Maintain advanced understanding of all PillPack policies and procedures as well as PillPack products and services? Maintain confidentiality of all customer information? Constant collaboration with teammates? Customer-centric mindset and commitment to quality? Participation in personal growth and development? Manage day to day workload of the team.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
