IT Support Lead

We are looking for an experienced Support Lead to join our growing IT team.
You will provide technical leadership to our IT Support Technicians through one or all available channels, in order to meet or exceed our end users expectations at every opportunity.
The successful candidate must have demonstrable leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
You will be innovative, energetic, and able to adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with a high volume of requests while supporting your direct reports, both locally and remotely.
She/he will coordinate training, manage resources, and direct the efforts of a world class staff.
Candidate must be forward thinking with a high degree of customer service focus and excellent communication skills.
The IT Support Lead serves as the liaison between the infrastructure and general operations of the facility.
IT Support Leaders are expected to have a high degree of technical aptitude over a large scope of IT software, hardware, and networking disciplines.
PillPack's IT Support Team is a group of seasoned, customer-obsessed, and superbly tech-savvy digital specialists.
This team provides remote and in-person support for PillPack employees with responsibilities including but not limited to:
troubleshooting and resolving single customer issues with Windows, Mac, Microsoft Office, VPN, Mobile device management, cloud based services and permission access.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
