Team Manager - Overnights

PillPack is seeking a Team Manager who can guide us through the complexities of being a growing company in the pharmacy, healthcare, and technology industry.
You will play a key role in ensuring the pharmacy operates in an efficient manner to drive productivity and quality for outbound shipments to our customers.
Shift time is Sunday - Wednesday 630p-5a.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON EVERY DAY? Assist in all day-to-day operations of the fulfillment floor to ensure on-time delivery of PillPacks to our customers Maintain a strong employee engagement and culture within the fulfillment department Oversee and manage a team of 10-15 Pharmacy Technicians on the floor Act as a subject expert in all areas of the Fulfillment center to assist the team in all aspects of outbound operations Assist with training new employees to ensure they are as efficient and effective as possible Build relationships with colleagues and encourage them to generate innovative ideas to drive success Maintain and approve time-cards & vacation approval/denial for employees on a daily basis Assist in distributing and modeling new policies as well as maintaining existing policies Conduct yearly reviews for employees and ensure they have a path for success Partner with Pharmacy team to maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations In collaboration with People Ops, coach and counsel staff members accordingly for performance, quality, and attendance concerns when appropriate including proper documentation Work with the People Ops/Recruiting team to recruit high quality candidates for the distribution team Work closely with the Area Manager II to identify process improvements and share best practices Perform other duties as assigned by Area Manager or Director of Distribution.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
