Career Connections is seeking an Account Manager in Manchester. Position is responsible for finding, selling, managing and growing mutually rewarding client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage account relationships
Responsible for the success and satisfaction of the individual client relationships
Develop strategic online marketing plans, concepts and ideas
Analyze site usage reporting, customer feedback, marketing and competitive research to inform and improve the digital experience and performance
Understanding of digital marketing dynamics and key players
Act as a liaison between the client organization and production resources
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Communications
3-5
years of Outbound Account Management experience, preference would be in the Web Services, Internet Marketing or Advertising discipline
Strong knowledge of and interest in web, mobile/tablet-based marketing, content and social media
Proven success in driving for results in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Ability to quickly lean and adapt to varying client industries, landscapes and technological limitations
Strong communication skills including effective presentation skills
Ability to analyze and solve complex problems through a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach
