HVAC Sr. Service Manager / Project Manager for air balancing firm

We will be hiring a highly motivated and organized project / service manager for our growing HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing firm in Auburn, NH. This is a full-time office position and reports to the President. A minimum of 10 years experience in HVAC project / service management is required. Duties consist of, but are not limited to, analyze blueprints, specifications and project documentation. You must be skilled in managing your field team of technicians, while constantly interacting with our customers. Scheduling and calendar management will be a daily function. Excellent time management, critical thinking and outstanding communication skills are a must in this fast paced environment. You will also oversee the coordination and management of our national restaurant accounts in addition to local work with your project managers already on staff. The position will be based out of our Auburn, NH office with infrequent travel to job sites throughout New England. The successful candidate will be able to spearhead their work independently for various projects while still functioning in a team environment. The candidate must be able to multitask and prioritize their duties between daily office management, needs from our technicians and most importantly serve our customer. The candidate will be a self starter, but work well in a team environment for a fast paced, forward thinking company within the construction industry.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
