HVAC Duct Cleaning

Some of the Job duties include:
o Cleaning all components of HVAC systems: ducts, diffusers and air handlers and condensers.
o Setup and tear-down of all equipment at the job site, including protecting work areas, running hoses, securing ladders etc.
o Chimney cleaning which consists of roof work with sweeping from the bottom or top. Knowledge or chimney repairs is a plus.
o Repair of Chimneys & Ducts
o Operation of cleaning equipment such as wet/dry vacuums, high pressure air hoses, and electric drills.
o Maintaining and reporting any deficiencies of vehicle and equipment.
Must have the ability to lift/carry 50 pounds, wear personal protective equipment and climb ladders to gain rooftop access in commercial and industrial establishments.
Job Requirements:
o Valid Driver's License
o Good Driving Record
o Must Pass Drug Test and DOT Medical Certification
o Random Drug tests throughout employment
o Must have past experiences in the trades
o Must own and have experience with hand tools
o Must have past experience with either HVAC, Duct Work, Chimney or Masonry
Compensation:
o Commission on additional Sales
o Paid Holidays, Paid Vacations

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
