We might be the best company for you, we surly try to make our drivers happy. 50% of our current drivers have been with us for over 11 years. Ideally you would like to be home every day, but we will get you home on the weekends for a full 48 hours. What we offer that local driving can't, is the ability to make a lot of money. Our average pay per mile is .48 to .53 cpm mile, our average driver makes $1107 per week or $57,564 per year.
That's more money than the local public defender makes in Bloomsburg, PA ($53,967) Google it.
Dry van freight is what we move, with no touch to you, and a lot of drop and hook - What drop and hook offers you is the ability to keep moving and making lots of money in less time. Our tractor fleet is nice, and when I say nice I mean we have NICE trucks. Average age is less than 2 years old, and our trailers are all brand new (not pulling crap trailers). We do not slip-seat so you take the truck home with you. Maintenance is taken care of every 20,000 miles or so, you will be assured a good well maintained truck.
If you like you can bring your pet along for your weekly outings, or a human rider if you like.
Now here is a little bad news, we do run the Northeast, and I only place my ads where we hire at, I do have to say I am little worried about drivers in the Northeast cause NO ONE wants to drive the NE. I understand that is sucks to drive the NE, but here is the hard truth. If you live in the NE and don't want to drive the Northeast YOU NEED TO MOVE. However with that being said, we do NOT go into New York City, or any of the 5 boroughs. Plus as I said earlier we do a lot of drop and hook so for the most part you will be able to get your loads in early or late in the day and not have to mess with rush hour traffic.
This is a great job that you will want so I need to tell you a little about what we are looking for. I do need you to have at least 6 months of tractor trailer exp. either driving over the road or a regional account, if all you have is local exp. as long as you have a year or more exp. and was pulling a real trailer then I can bring you on board. No straight truck or beer/soda truck exp counts sorry. You do need to be at least 23 years old, No DUI in last 5 years. No felonies in the past 5 years, we go by conviction date on those. If your MVR, CSA, and background are OK give me a call.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
