Internship - Software Engineer

DEKA offers Internships for full time students (must be at least 18 years of age). Internships last a minimum of ten weeks, twelve preferred, and summer internships are to begin no later than June 15, 2015.
Job Description:
Develop tools to collect disparate information from a medical device risk file and put it in a form that is easy to read, review, and navigate
The position will require gaining a working knowledge of requirements management tools, develop scripts to convert the output from the requirements database into a usable form, and develop the appropriate user-readable output (possibly in Excel or HTML)
Requirements:
Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Computer Science program , at least junior level (Masters level preferred)
Knowledge of Python, HTML, Excel
Knowledge of Doors DXL is a plus (but not required)
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter eager to contribute in a team environment
Must be detail oriented

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
