Leddy Group is seeking a 3rd shift Machine Operator in Manchester, NH for work Monday - Thursday from 7:00 pm - 7:00 am.
Machine Operators are responsible for continuously monitoring and maintaining product quality based on established standards including visual and mechanical inspection of product, as well as work in a safe manner at all times following all safety policies and procedures. Performing setups in accordance with established procedure, operating, and loading/unloading equipment. Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures and work orders are also required.
Additional responsibilities include: Maintaining and logging all information required supporting traceability and quality, participating in cross-training activities, maintaining work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition, and performing other duties as required or directed.
Job Requirements
High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience
Prior extrusion experience preferred
Prior manufacturing experience with the ability to prioritize and pay close attention to detail
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, squatting, stooping, and bending is required
Must be able to work independently and distinguish colors
Must be able to use and read a micrometer
The ability to demonstrate your mechanical and computer skills
Must have good English skills in reading, writing and communicating
Must be able to work in a team environment and to work overtime as the need arises
Wire drawing/extrusion/cabling experience a plus
Must be able to pass background check and drug test

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
