Non VA-Employees wishing to apply should do so VIA Vacancy # JT-15-LJM-1340876-BU Housing and Urban Development/Veterans Affairs Supported Housing (HUD/VASH) is an intensive case management program for chronically homeless Veterans aimed at providing psychosocial services to Veterans while residing in stable housing through HUD's housing choice voucher system.
In this position you will:
o Function as a Case Manager for the Manchester VAMC's HUD/VASH program.
o Provides case management and intervention support to the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program in a team oriented, recovery-based program.
o Support the HCHV Program by providing continuity of care between Homeless Programs through services to Veterans as they transition from programs such as HCHV Outreach, Contract Residential Housing or the Grant Per Diem Programs (GPD) to permanent housing through the HUD-VASH Program or other forms of housing in the communityo Provide consultative and collaborative services to other HCHV programs, including offering clinical services to Veterans enrolled in other HCHV programs.
You will also perform the following services and duties as they pertain to case management and individual patient treatment:
o Screening/Assessment o Recovery Planning/Goal Setting o Case Management o Advocacy o Crisis Intervention o Education/Health promotion and prevention o Coordination of non-institutional and institutional services o Psychotherapy and supportive counseling Coverage:
The incumbent provides and can expect coverage from other social workers.
In unusual situations the social worker may be required for coverage outside of the Mental Health service line and if needed, in a rotation system of social work on-call to the medical center.
The schedule is Monday - Friday.
Tours may changed based on the Veteran and program needs.
The incumbent must also be willing to provide scheduled compensated on call coverage for nights and weekends, on a rotation basis, if needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
