Agile Program Manager
Dyn is seeking a talented Agile Program Manager with a strong background in Agile Software Development. This individual will be a member of the PMO organization reporting to our Manager, Agile Program Management and focused on delivering Engineering projects.
The Agile Program Manager will be responsible for driving Agile best practices across multiple scrum teams. They will facilitate roadmap and release planning sessions, help teams establish goals and measure and track progress. They will help build a self-organizing culture focused on continuous improvement.
Duties:
Manage program and project level statuses including communication and providing transparency to Sr. Management
Facilitate product roadmap and planning activities
Provide Agile coaching to scrum teams and individuals
Help identify and remove impediments
Facilitate scrum team retrospectives
Ensures scrum teams follow Agile process and work towards continual improvements
Help teams write, split and size good user stories
Responsible for managing release schedules and status
Provide JIRA project administration as needed
Other duties as assigned
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent in work experience
Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
