Production Supervisor

We are currently seeking a qualified Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing process of our Sensor group. This candidate must have a good working knowledge of electronics and mechanics. Must be able to initiate and monitor continuous improvement programs and effectively apply various Lean techniques. Must be a team player and be able to coordinate resources within the department as well as with other departments to resolve manufacturing issues and bottlenecks. This candidate needs to have solid time management skills and be able to effectively plan tasks. Must be able to educate production employees how to perform in a proficient manner, provide motivation via example and interpersonal skill, and foster a positive work environment. Must be accountable for meeting both production and quality goals which include shipping on-time, improving quality, and reducing scrap.

Excellent verbal and written skills are required along with solid problem solving skills. Need to have strong computer skills. Must be reliable, dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently and in teams, and able to meet deadlines in a changing environment. Associates degree in Technology and 5 years of Production Supervisor experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
