Software Engineer (Automation)
Dyn is seeking a talented Software Engineer to build software to automate deployment of systems and software to our rapidly expanding infrastructure. This individual will be a member of the Infrastructure organization.
Duties:
Work with other members of the automation team to understand and evolve our current automation infrastructure
Work with Engineering Product teams to understand, design, implement and support their efforts using the automation environment at Dyn
Work within a defined Agile centric development and release schedule
Develop new applications, add features, and maintain software documentation
Identify errors and collaborate with team members and internal customers to define solutions to any problems with existing applications and systems
Collaborate with team to contribute to a productive and high-performing work environment
Operating effectively and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and escalate issues
Consistently exercising independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Advanced degree is a plus.
Desired Skills:
Scripting development experience on Ubuntu Linux/UNIX (Python, Ruby, Shell scripting)
Experience with automation technologies such as Chef, Ansible, Salt, Rundeck
Experience with cloud technologies such as Amazon EC2 or OpenStack
Experience with system and networkEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
