Summary:
Position Summary
Leads, directs, plans, develops, and implements strategies to improve and ensure quality outcomes, operational effectiveness, and clinical excellence for all Elliot Pediatric Service Lines.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and implements vision as well as business plan for service line. Develops and manages departmental and service line budgets. Partners with physician leaders to implement enterprise-wide initiatives throughout the service line. Develops, implements, and evaluates policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare related field required; Master's Degree preferred.
Experience: Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience managing clinical operations with pediatrics strongly preferred.
