To deliver care and create a therapeutic environment for patients and families whose needs range from basic to complex by utilizing the nursing process. To demonstrate clinical excellence through sophisticated advanced knowledge, skills and expertise which enhances and enriches the practice environment and is evidenced by achieving certification or integrating formal education into advanced nursing practice. Under the general direction of the Director and in accordance with: standards of care and practice established by the Nursing Organization and, the specific department; the rules, regulations and/or standards established by the State Board of Nursing, Oncology Nursing Society, The Joint Commission, and appropriate specialty organizations relevant to the patient population under care, the incumbent performs the following functions: Interviews and examines the patient and/or interviews family to obtain a comprehensive history and to obtain data about the patient's development status, behavior, cultural, and health concerns. Can access and is familiar with resources to meet the needs of different cultures in patient population. Reviews clinical data from diagnostic studies and previous records. Based on assessment, identifies and documents patient care problems and areas requiring intervention. Develops an individualized approach to deliver nursing care to the patient and family, including age-specific developmental needs, ethical and cultural considerations, and incorporates input and preferences. Establishes desired goals with the patient and the family. Initiates referrals and discharge planning for complex psychological and/or multisystem failure patients both critically and chronically ill, as an integral part of the plan of care at the time of admission and updates status of the discharge plan on a continuing basis. Documents plan of care appropriately per policy of the nursing organization. Directs patient care and demonstrates extensive, current knowledge base in area of specialty. Leads discussion of care with multidisciplinary team. Accurately identifies patient care situations of care provider's limits and pursues information and action from higher authority persistently. Shows evidence of following chain of command. Creates solutions that use knowledge and experience in new ways for unique clinical situations. Identifies new skills and techniques to enhance care for patient and provides anticipatory and complex discharge education and assists family in planning for future activities related to illness. Reassesses patients' abilities and incorporates anticipated needs into the plan of care. Coordinates the multidisciplinary team by leading care conferences, including consult services and communicating plans with all providers.
Qualifications: Education: BNS OR MSN preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Experience: Three to five years of hospital or outpatient ambulatory care experience or equivalent required. Experience or continuing education in oncology specialty preferred. Advanced IV therapy skills are essential. Superior oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills; organizational skills with attention to detail necessary. Requires the ability to utilize and navigate electronic clinical documentation system in order to enter patient data. Basic computer keyboarding and data entry skills required. Licensure/ Certification: Current registration in the State of New Hampshire as a Registered Nurse. Current certification in basic CPR required. Oncology Nursing Certification preferred. Intravenous Therapy or IV Therapy Certification preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
