We are Emerson Ecologics, an innovative health and wellness company located in downtown Manchester, NH, and we are seeking a highly talented Inside Sales Associate for our corporate office. Our Inside Sales Associate will be tasked with outbound calling campaigns focused on:
Supporting the retention of existing customer sales through regular account management
Driving conversion of newly registered customers
Acquiring new customers through prospecting and lead generation
Promoting the Emerson value proposition
Representing Emerson at a limited number of integrative healthcare trade shows and conferences

Experience:
You should be passionate about health and wellness, and enjoy working in a collaborative, team-based environment. You must be interested in joining a fast-growing, high-performance culture (150 associates and counting), as you will have the chance to help shape it. In addition to thriving in a team environment, you must also be able to work independently and with other team members, and have demonstrated success in a goal and sales-oriented environment.
Requirements include a Bachelor's degree: one to three years of outbound inside sales or account management
Experience: ability to work a flexible schedule: excellent interpersonal, verbal, influencing and phone-based communication skills; solid MS office experience; sound judgment and discretion: outstanding time management and organizational skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to multi-task and the ability to be flexible and open to change in a rapidly expanding environment. Health and wellness or other healthcare disciplines experience is a plus.
