Summary: At the direction of the Manager, perform all tasks associated with properly registering a patient including demographic and insurance updates, discussing and collecting outstanding balances, and directing patients accordingly.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school graduate with a minimum of two years of experience or the equivalent required. Previous experience in a healthcare environment preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Familiarity with computers is required.
