We are looking for an outstanding Epic Healthcare Consultant with significant experience as a project manager implementing the Epic Beacon application. This individual will partner with a leading healthcare organization--our client--on implementation and consulting initiatives to enhance patient care, increase operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance and transform their organizations in meaningful ways.
Responsibilities:
o Provide technical acumen and hands-on expertise to build new and/or modified functionalities.
o Provide application support to the client's operational support team
o Apply business systems and applications analysis skills and knowledge in support of complex system implementation(s).
o Build client consensus and break down working barriers through multiple layers of users, management and team members.
o Analyze and classify problems as system, training or process issues and recommend solutions.
o Provide complex data analysis to meet client needs.
o Guide end users through new technology and enhancements.
o Communicate effectively with internal, external and vendor teams.
o Establish a close working relationship with the client.
o Actively participate in project meetings and updates.
Qualifications: Required Skills/Experience Include:
o 4 years implementing Epic Applications with strong Project management skills
o Certified in one or more of the following Epic Beacon, Ambulatory or Inpatient with current NVTs
o Must have experience as a project manager responsible for an implementation from start to finish
o Strong written and oral communication skills
o Strong understanding of clinical workflows
Not Required But a Plus:
o Bachelor's Degree
o Healthcare certifications or credentials ( Lab Tech, RN)

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
