WMUR Hearst Television's ABC's affiliate in Manchester, NH is looking for a driven individual to oversee social media efforts for our digital platforms. A successful candidate will bring energy, leadership and innovation to our social media efforts. This position requires a strong knowledge of users' needs and evolving digital platforms
Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities:
o Maintain and update WMUR's social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Google + and others as assigned.
o Engage viewers with Social discussions.
o Participate in editorial meetings and contribute fresh ideas for newscasts.
o Track and analyze metrics and distribute reports on the performance of campaigns and content.
o Track and analyze trending topics of the day. Advise producers and news managers on trending topics.
o Launch and monitor daily social campaigns.
o Work with staff on their own social media efforts, educating them on best methods to drive participation, viewership and page views.
o Possibly report during newscasts on web trends, user generated content, social media and more.
o Assist Digital team members with daily news needs, including, but not limited to writing news stories.
o Responsible for Social Media during breaking news situations.
o Monitor and contribute to uLocal daily and develop uLocal campaigns.
o Assist Digital Media Manager with on-going training of current newsroom staff and training of new employees.
o Work with Creative Services to develop promotional campaigns.
o Work with News Department to develop a breaking news social media plan.
o Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays.
o College degree
o Significant and successful social media track record
Experience:Experience Requirements:
o Knowledge of the latest social media trends and products.
o Some on-air experience preferred.
o Experience with Google Analytics, Webtrends, FB insights and other analytical tools.
o Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Premier preferred but not required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
