Advertising Sales Manager
As the Advertising Sales Manager, you'll act as a coach and
mentor to a team of Account Executives.
You will leverage your strong sales background
and proven leadership skills as you work hands-on with your team to develop
customized, targeted multimedia solutions from a broad, diverse portfolio of
products from the most recognized local print and online brand in New
Hampshire.

Responsibilities
Work with sales
staff to train and mentorAccompany staff
on sales callsPrepare sales
forecastsSet sales goals
and ensure they're achievedWork hand in hand
with other departments within the organization Top of FormDevelop innovative
solutions to meet clients' marketing needs
Skills
Good communication skillsSelf-confident
Ability to work independently, be
self-disciplined and have strong persuasive skills.Have a passion
for advertising and marketing to stay updated on the latest developments.Superior
Internet/Digital/Print product knowledge and personal selling skills.Strong Microsoft
Office skills including Power point, Excel and WordGood organization
and communication skills required (verbal and written).Ability to share
vision and gain buy-in (build loyalty).Performance
oriented leader with sound ability to manage team to daily outcomes.Ability to achieve
goals through your team.Must be able to
identify and diagnosis issues to ensure achievement of goals.Develops a work
environment that motivates and maintains a high level of employee performance
and morale.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A four year business degree preferred.
Between two and five years of sales management experience
Proven track record of managing a team of Media
Professionals (account executives).
