With a real drive to hit personal and store sales targets you ll demonstrate your passion for success at the same time as delivering outstanding Customer Service. If you re a self-motivated and resilient team player with a confident and customer-focused approach, this could be the ideal role for you.
Key role responsibilities.
-Successfully complete the Company s Induction (Sales Development Programme).
-Approach customers in a friendly and helpful manner
-Provide exceptional levels of customer service, assessing the customer s need for products and supporting them in making the right decision that suits them
-Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
-Manage time effectively including the management of appointments with customers, attendance at training events, and knowledge of product launches etc.
-Ensure that all transactions are completed with the highest level of integrity and honesty, in a compliant manner.
-Maintain awareness of all product information, process and procedures ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with Company expectations and FCA regulations
