- Ensures the achievment of branch sales/profit goals.
- Assesses area potential & develops anuual branch business plans to ensure development of current business & the addition of new business.
- Develops & cultivates good customer relations via face-to-face contact.
- Responds to customers' needs consistent with Company standards, culture & business practices.
- Identifies & implements solutions to customers' needs/problems.
- Participates/encourages quality assessment, profitability & improvement activities.
- Generates relevant reports for Field Managers & Company management as needed.
- Analyzes the branch's financial & operational performance, prepares the annual budget & monitors expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgetary constraints.
- Identifies, develops & implements new value adds for the company.
- Tailors local branch strategy to align with Corporate marketing strategy.
- Utilizes all company direct assets to maximize growth including direct mail & call centers.
MUST have managed equivalent of Outside Direct Sales People
MUST have managed a P&L: managed to budgets/quotas/ goals

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
