Job Description
The Retail Market Manager is responsible for achieving the overall Retail business growth goals and advancement of the Region by directing business development, sales management and Employee development. Leads according to the Guiding Principles to ensure optimum Customer and Employee Experience. The Retail Market Manager reports to the Sr. Vice President of Retail Banking.
Job Requirements
Future focused, foresees gaps and trends and influences direction across the Region, with Business Partners and will have an influence across the Market and Metro Market
Leads the Region with vision; communicates and drives the Retail vision.Generally manages a larger region according to the Bank's criteria. Manages larger and/or more complex Regions
Leads and mentors less experienced Retail Market Managers
Assists in Region-wide projects with and for Sr. Vice President of Retail
Maintains strong collaborative relationships with relative business lines, partners and peers
Manages staff directly and through subordinate managers. Provides direction, sets goals and ensures that branches manage toward overall department objectives
Qualifications
4 year degree or equivalent experience
5
years related experience required
Exhibit strong leadership competencies, collaboration, flexibility, influence, innovative, creativity, integrity and passion
Strong project management skills with ability to influence at all levels
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced sales environment
Proven ability to negotiate, manage relationships and influence across business lines
