Members of Dyn's Customer Success Management (CSM) advocate on behalf of our customers and take a team based approach to keeping customers connected to Dyn. Our Customer Success Managers work directly with customers to enhance their overall user experience with our products & services. The Customer Success Manager is responsible for overall customer wellbeing by monitoring customer health, producing customer programs, including Customer Satisfaction, and acting as an escalation point for customer issues. We are looking for people who have the magic combination of domain expertise, enterprise project management experience, and high-level customer management.
Establish a trusted adviser relationship that works to ensure customer's overall satisfaction with our available products & services.
Develop success plans for customers that outline their critical success factors, metrics for success, potential issues, and provide recommendations.
Act as a liaison between product management and the customer with a focus on communicating the product roadmap and how the roadmap will influence customer activities.
Execute the customer satisfaction program and properly escalate all necessary issues.
Work closely with the assigned Account Manager to ensure the Customer Experience of all Dyn solutions is maximized.
Leverage customer relationships as needed for marketing efforts or prospective sales references.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
