As Director of Customer Success, you will guide the overall development and growth of an industry-leading Customer Success organization to ensure enterprises get optimal value out of their subscription. Drawing from your experience leading teams and engaging with customers, you will lead the team and global strategy driving Enterprise customer use, training, and overall engagement with Dyn's products & services. As the leader of customer-facing consultants and advisors, you will focus on building relationships with executive-level enterprise decision-makers, administrators and champions of Dyn's products & services. Key focus will be on creating and delivering training initiatives, improving customer satisfaction, and ultimately on driving account growth and renewals. A member of the Go-to-Market leadership team you will also play a key role in collecting and delivering customer insights into our product development cycle.

Responsibilities:
Build and manage a team of Customer Success Managers that partner with customers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business challenges and objectives and appropriately map Dyn's features and associated business benefits.
Ensure customers derive maximum value from their investment in Dyn, utilize all their contracted services, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teamsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
