Director of Talent Development
Reporting to the VP of Talent, the Director of Talent Development will be responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of programs that facilitate professional development and continuous learning for Dyn's already incredible talent base. This includes the design and facilitation of programs, presentation of material, vendor management and administration of the entire learning process.
Accountabilities:
Work with key Talent and line management stakeholders to periodically assess learning and development needs across functional areas at various levels (individual contributor through vice president), and create corresponding learning and development plans.
Develop learning curriculums that support career pathing and management/leadership development objectives, and integrate into an overall learning and development strategy
Design, produce and execute plans to meet learning and development needs including skills for general team/people management, leadership, project management, performance coaching/management, team building, business planning, etc.
Build plans to provide for staffing, consultants/vendors, and other internal personnel and resources needed to support learning and development plans, and manage these resources effectively
Manage Dyn University, including guest speaker and vendor relationships
Oversee internal instructional design team and projects, and overall LMS strategy
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will possess 7
years in leading the development and delivery ofEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
