Position Summary:
Serves as a point of contact for requests for services to the health care system. Obtains all necessary information from patients and callers, as it relates to scheduling and general patient inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED with general experience working in an administrative support role in a healthcare environment and/or experience in communications required.
Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team required.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Exhibits high proficiency with computers, MS Office.
Demonstrates proficiency in call center telephone systems.
Problem solving ability and demonstrated initiative and responsibility required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
