M&A Project Manager
Dyn is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to own Merger and Acquisition integrations. In this role you will help define integration strategies and plans for acquisition targets. Once the acquisition is identified and completed this person will lead the integration process across all impacted functional groups.
This individual will be a member of the Business Operations organization reporting to our Director of Project Management.
Responsibilities
Assist the Corporate Development office with strategic integration planning, due diligence and execution phases of M&A transactions
Develop M&A integration plans that support the business objectives, timelines, budgets, resources pool, milestones, deliverables and end-of-integration success criteria
Lead the development and execution of integration activities
Direct or assist cross-functional teams in implementing integration plan ensuring that short-term and long-term strategic objectives are achieved
Drive day-to-day execution of the integration process, including coaching cross-functional teams, participating / leading weekly integration team meetings and driving proactive issue resolution
Coordinate and project/task manage diligence efforts and integration priorities internally and with the management team of target companies
Continually refines best practices for mergers and acquisition integrations
Education
Bachelors degree required (BA/BS)
Project Management certification preferred
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing and implementing merger and acquisition (M&A) integrationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
