Sanmina Corporation is looking for a dynamic Program Manager who will be responsible for overall customer service and satisfaction including delivery, quality, flexibility, communication and responsiveness for an assigned key account. The person in this role will be instrumental in serving as the advocate for assigned customers and represents Account Team and Sanmina Corporation in all management communications with the customer. The Program Manager will oversee the installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software system, or system integration project or engagement. The incumbent's responsibilities will also be to ensure customer satisfaction of information technology solutions by managing the details of overall project schedules and deliverables. The PM will have extensive interaction with sales, systems engineering, product development and other members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products to clients. The PM will plan and direct schedules and budgets while monitoring the project from initiation through delivery. The PM will also organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Additional duties to include but not limited to the following:
o Primary direct contact for a customer regarding all business issues
o Responsible for but is not limited to, new product introduction, pricing, engineering changes, delivery, quality trends, and any other performance issues, as well as the general business relationship with that customer
o Be conscious to subtle changes in the relationship and always be creative in offering the customer great customer service through added value while controlling costs
o Maintain a high level of organization and commitment to accomplishing goals
o Liaison on issues that impact our plant performance and quickly feed back corrective actions to customer
Critical skills and traits include:
Negotiating, project management, understanding of accounting principles, strong interpersonal skills are critical, ability to present information to a wide variety of people in a manner appropriate to the audience possibly at a moments notice, personal confidence is a must, principle-centered leadership is needed to maintain trust on both sides of the relationship, flexibility, and a infectious positive attitude.
o BS/BA in Business OR related discipline commensurate experience, preferably in High Technology or Electro-Mechanical Manufacturing Operations
o 5+ years of increasingly responsible account/program management experience involving direct customer contact
o Ability to work in a fast paced, high demand work environment
o Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multitask
o Contract manufacturing strongly desire
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Strong computer application skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, highly proficient ERP system experience (preferably Oracle

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
