Summary:
Under general supervision, perform a wide range of repair, housekeeping, security and messenger duties involved in the daily operation of the Facility department.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent; prior experience in a health care environment desired. Excellent organization and written and oral communicate skills. Experience with the operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems. Knowledge of air quality, OSHA, toxic substances and other related environmental issues that could impact health care facilities. Must possess a valid New Hampshire Drivers License and a clean driving record. Basic Life Support training required. Be available for on-call.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
