Orkin Pest Control is seeking a talented individual to assist in the day to day operations of a fast paced region office.
The successful candidate will help with all general region administration functions which include
accounts payable/accounts receivable
customer service functions
incoming telephone calls
following up on customer service inquiries
setting appointments
assisting region personnel
Required Skills:
The successful candidate will have:
? A thorough understanding of all Microsoft office applications
? Good typing and 10 key calculator skills
? The ability to multi-task
? At least 2 years office experience
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? The ability to compose their own letters and handle routine correspondence
? Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
? The ability to "self start" and work independently
? The ability to pass a background check, physical and drug screen

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
