Job Details: To prepare and cook a wide variety of foods for patients, employees, the public and for special functions. To ensure a sanitary working eUnder the general direction of the Food Service Director and the direct supervision of the Production Manager and within established CMC and departmental policies and procedures, the incumbent performs the following functions: environment per city, state and federal standards.Prepares and cooks food items according to recipes and nutritional guidelines for patients, cafeteria customers and special functions. Prepares and backup patient tray according to shift assignment. Reads and follows daily production sheets. Utilizes and fills out daily waste log. Practices correct sanitation procedures during food preparation and food service. Monitors and records temperatures of refrigerators and walk-in units. Stores and labels foods in cook s walk-in. Practices first in-first out on all food products. Monitors hot and cold food temperatures for products service in cafeteria and on patient tray line to ensure foods stay within established guidelines. Exercises proper portion control techniques.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Knowledge of Quantity or Institutional cooking and kitchen equipment, sanitation and safety techniques.
Certification: Recommended to complete NIFI Certified Sanitation Course.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
