User Experience Designer - Mid Level

We are continuing to grow our user experience team and are looking for an energetic, talented, passionate and responsible User Experience Designer to help us tackle major health, ability and social problems. The candidate should be capable of collaborating with teams of highly technical engineers, industrial designers, and human factors specialists. You must be able to handle project level responsibilities and should be deadline driven.
Responsibilities:
Participate in definition of workflow and User Interface requirements
Build prototypes and simulations of user interfaces
Produce wireframes, flow diagrams, detailed specifications, and other design related documentation
Communicate concepts to project teams and project management through presentations, prototype demonstrations and simulations
Develop creative responses to UX issues that arise during development and usability testing
Aesthetic development of user interfaces. Maintain cohesive aesthetic language across multiple interface formats
Prioritize and communicate personal workload to Project Management
Desired Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as an User Experience Designer
Demonstrated ability to design, prototype and document user interfaces
Ability to develop interactive prototypes using tools such as: HTML/CSS, Axure, Flash, etc. Must be able to build and demonstrate concepts effectively
Willingness to learn and expand knowledge of user interface and user experience design
Strong understanding of user-centered design methods, including usability testing, concept testing, and task flows
Experience designing user interfaces

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
