Job Description:
The Quality Control Technician (QCT) is responsible for performing service calls backs to maximize customer experiences and uphold our satisfaction guarentee. The QCT will also assist with pulling permits for installations and performing routine maintenance on new systems we have installed. The ideal candidate should have high technical ability, and be able to communicate customer issues/concerns regarding their home heating or cooling system.
Required Skills / Abilities:

NH Gas Fitter License
