SEEKING HR MANAGER - Boreas Holdings
Boreas Holdings, Inc., manages and owns three Aviation Service Operating Companies; Quantem Aviation Services, LLC (QAS), Integrated Deicing Services, LLC (IDS), and Deicing Solutions LLC. With over 35 airport locations and approximately 2500 in season employees, Boreas is the place where all of the corporate support happens for the three operating businesses. Purpose of Position
:
This position will help plan, direct, and coordinate human resources activities to maximize our people resources by maintaining functions such as; employee relations, performance management, workers' compensation, OSHA reporting, training, communications, and overall regulatory compliance to support our Quantem Aviation Services Division. This position will also act as the liaison between employees in operations, administration, and management.
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
This position requires a broad range of knowledge of principles and procedures in the areas of employment law and regulatory compliance. Working knowledge of employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA required.
Minimum of Seven (7) years of directly related experience and a Bachelor's Degree preferred however we will consider an equivalent combination of experience and education
PHR/ SPHR a plus
Advanced computerEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
