This role is a unique opportunity to maximize the success of Autodesk's investments in our Enterprise Support program. It requires the program management candidate to focus business requirements, playbooks, UAT and deployment and successful roll out and adoption of those programs.
You'll have the opportunity work with a team of highly motivated and highly performing people. The job is challenging, will require you to grow, and provide you with executive visibility.
Responsibilities:
This individual would be responsible for program managing the business:
o Manage survey program, define survey questions, manage roadmap, and deliver upon the PSS surveying program
o Mine and document best practices and policies into program playbooks
o Drive the business to deliver aligned business processes, project requirements, UAT, training and deployment for programs that you are responsible for
o Negotiating with executives and senior management on project prioritization and scope to ensure that the long term vision and strategy can still be met
You will have primary responsibility for making sure the business deliverables are detailed, high quality, and happen on time, and to enable our internal staff and or IT partners to successfully deliver upon the program.
Ensures a strong, team-oriented working relationships across the board
Establish, improve, and champion the use of agile project management tools and techniques with in the business in all assignments, including:
o Project and process plans
o Regular status reports and VP level reports
o Creative and effective risk management and change management
o Management of issues and action items, tracking to timely resolution
o Ability to track and report upon multiple programs that you own and or have oversight of in a PMO capacity
Successfully manage project expectations, clarify roles and responsibilities when needed
Work with executives and senior management across Autodesk to make the PSS programs effective and efficient
Critical Competencies / Minimum Requirements:
Experience working in or directly within a support department
Strong influencing skills; comfort with negotiating and driving timely decisions (rather than consensus) when required
Excellent verbal and written communications skills, comfortable presentation and speaking skills
Successful ability to manage conflict with positive results
Strong political acumen, diplomacy, and emotional intelligence
Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, ambiguous and event driven environment
Successful project and program management experience (with references)
Specific Technical Competencies / Desired:
Knowledge of CRM, preferably
Agile Scrum Master and or Business Owner Certification
Education
BA/BS in related field

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
