WMUR a Hearst Television owned ABC affiliate in Manchester, NH has an opening for a Traffic Coordinator/National Sales Assistant. Duties include but are not limited to applying commercial copy to local commercials and billboards, completing a dub list for master control, update weekly instructions, manage national sales orders and interact with the national rep firm.

-Serve daily as important contact for hub facility, advertisers, master control, production, promotions and the sales department
-Coordination of last minute traffic or order revisions and log changes
-Responsible for maintaining and obtaining traffic and commercial material in a timely manner
-Print and distribute daily log(s)
-Coordinate with Production/Master Control on daily basis to process locally received materials
-Maintain, assign, and process traffic instructions
-Solve spot and order discrepancies
-Work with multiple daily deadlines
-Enter, confirm and revise national orders
-Maintain and organize national files
-Communicate with National sales offices on an ongoing basis
Requirements:Qualifications Requirements:
Ideal candidate must have great organizational skills, communication skills, and outstanding attention to detail. The candidate must be very familiar with Microsoft Office functions, especially Excel, Word, and Powerpoint. Familiarity with World Wide Orbit is a big plus.

One year sales assistant or traffic assistant at broadcast station or similar.
