- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel - Escort guests to their tables and provide menus - Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests - Take reservations and manage the waitlist using the Aloha POS system - Answer phone calls and provide information about the hotel's services and amenities - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth dining experience for guests - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Experience:
