Some of the duties that you would be responsible for, but not limited to, are:
Providing exceptional customer service Answer patient phone calls Scheduling new/current patients Greeting and checking in patients for their appointments Insurance/patient payments Presenting patients with medical history forms at check-in Confirmations of appointments Presenting patients with Financial Agreements prior to next visit Contacting insurance companies regarding patient benefits This is a Full Time position.
We would like someone whose intention is longevity.
Prior customer service, Dentrix software and Dental knowledge is a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
