The Administrative Assistant role will include working closely with their leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, and organizing meetings.

Responsibilities:
Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company's operations.
Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or a bachelor's degree in business, administration, or a related field.
2 or more years' office administration experience.
Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Comfortable handling confidential information.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
