Naults Powersports LLC and Marine Naults Powersports LLC and Marine Manchester, NH Manchester, NH Full-time Full-time $39,500 - $70,000 a year $39,500 - $70,000 a year 5 days ago 5 days ago 5 days ago Responibilites Greet customers and provide excellent customer service Listen to the customer concerns and accurately document them Write repair orders and estimate cost for repairs and/or maintenance Documenting the repairs needed and scheduling appropriate technicians for each job with our computer system Maintain communication with all technicians to ensure that repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner Communicate in a professional manner with our customers regarding updates on their machine Utilize our process and CRM to maintain accurate records and communication with customers Assist the Sales Department with quotes on installation as well as scheduling new units to be built and delivered Requirements Previous experience as an Automotive or Powersport Service Writer required (at least 1 year) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, is a must Ability to work as a team member Strong knowledge of automotive/powersport repair and maintenance procedures Familiar with Lightspeed EVO or other CRM's Ability to multi task and prioritize work in a fast-pace environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Note:
