Your primary responsibilities will include:
Receiving and Storing Merchandise:
Receive incoming shipments, verify for accuracy, and ensure proper documentation.
Safely and efficiently store products in designated warehouse locations.
Maintain organized and clean storage areas.
Order Picking and Packing:
Accurately pick products based on customer orders.
Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
Utilize warehouse management systems for order tracking and inventory management.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
Report and address any discrepancies or damages promptly.
Inventory Management:
Assist in regular cycle counts and annual inventory audits.
Keep accurate records of inventory levels and report any shortages or overages.
Operational Support:
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Assist in maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
