Qualifications Education:
- Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
- Bachelor degree preferred.
Experience in specialized unit preferred.
Certifications per unit requirements:
Refer to Education, Credentialing and Certification Policy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- - ACLS required or obtained within one yearIndividuals must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities and to possess the necessary physical requirements, with or without the aid of mechanical devices to safely perform the essential functions of the job:

Primary functions include activities in which incumbent must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to patients, families, physicians and other employees.
