To support our mission in the Manchester, NH area, we are seeking candidates who share our values to fill the leadership role of State Director.
The selected candidate will have previous senior leadership experience within the State of New Hampshire's IDD system, possess an entrepreneurial spirit, work independently and have the ability to develop a team of dedicated and mission driven professionals.

Responsibilities:
The State Director will develop services, coordinate the hiring and training of staff, and ensure compliance, quality services and financial stability.

Responsibilities:
Financial management; budget management, billing, expenditures, waiver plan of care, state funding Overall staff supervision; determining staffing needs, staff selection, training, performance reviews, disciplinary action Maintains certification and proactive involvement in training and development of staff (i.
e.
, Mandatory training) Compliance with applicable Federal, state and local regulations Development and expansion of program services Actively leads or participates in meetings that impacts services, quality, and department finances Quality assurance:
quality monitoring, file reviews, outcome measures, incentive program monitoring, client finances, health care coordination Audit preparation and participation Complies with all standards to assure the health and safety of all staff and clients we serve Will perform all duties necessary to meet state approved objectives, including the requirement that the employee cooperate with Benchmark Human Services and staff from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Comply with all standards to assure the health and safety of all individuals.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability and skill to effectively communicate with all levels within and outside of the organization Knowledge and ability to interpret financial data and act upon or make recommendations based on the data Skill to lead multiple direct reports
Qualifications:
Must have previous leadership experience within the New Hampshire IDD system Bachelor degree preferred and 10 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities required, two of which are supervisory in nature; Valid driver's license and auto insurance Criminal background clearance Interested candidates can apply online at www.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
