Summary:
The fast-paced, busy medical office needs an experienced full-time Office Support secretary registration individual who will be providing support to our Child & Adolescent department.
Individuals will provide secretarial/medical records support to the department and also perform all meet and greet activities--checking clients in for appointments, verification of demographic information, collection of co-pays and deposits, processing paperwork associated with each task, and data entry utilizing an electronic medical record Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have excellent communication skills Proven organizational skills, an ability to multi-task, and data entry proficiency Computer experience, attention to detail, and confidentiality are a must Answer and route incoming phone calls to ensure that programs are represented in a professional manner Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Education:
The position requires a High School diploma.
Experience:
At least one year of experience in a busy office setting is required.
Prior office and computer experience is a must.
Job Type:
Full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday & Friday 8 a.
