Student populations range from students with Autism and other neurobehavioral challenges to students with mild cognitive impairments and students with social/emotional disabilities.
Come join the Easterseals NH team as a Special Education Teacher! The individual in this key position will have the following duties:
Implement classroom programming to meet the educational, social and vocational needs of students with disabilities.
Design a classroom environment that is motivating and stimulating.
Lesson planning and implementation Supervise Paraprofessionals Gather and report data on student progress.
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with Certification in Special Education OR have passed the praxis with a letter of eligibility for Special Education.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Hours:
This is a year round, full time position.
Compensation:
Starting $65,000 annually.
Additional compensation based on experienced educator certification and Master's Degree.
