You will coordinate incoming online and telephone requests and make appointments for the sales team.
We will provide on-site paid training in our new facilities.
You will get to work with experienced team members until you are familiar with our processes and computer programs.

Job Responsibilities and Duties Answers phones and online inquiries in a call center environment Schedules appointments and conducts follow-ups with no-shows Maintains communication with customers to ensure satisfaction with service Ensures prospects are informed of company promotions Job Requirements:
