Behavioral Consulting is a small, BCBA-founded and run company.
We provide services to adolescents and adults with various abilities.
This position is perfect for a seasoned or new BCBA! Services are provided in-home, community, vocational settings, and our clinical space.
The BCBA will provide support to individuals, families, and support teams by coordinating and providing services in Applied Behavior Analysis, functional analyses and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and adaptive life skills.
This position will focus on delivering services to adults and adolescents.
BCBA will develop and monitor behavior intervention plans, provide staff training, and work closely with client support teams to ensure the efficacy of services.
Job requirements include; Masters's degree in a related field Board Certification by the BACB Experience working with adolescents and/or adults preferred Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication Strong organizational skills and interpersonal relations Ability to self-manage tasks Ability to lead clinical meetings Self-driven and motivated Reliable transportation A great personality!!
