Bonus Plan Red Oak Apartment Homes is hiring a Bi-Lingual Spanish/English speaking Leasing Professional to join our incredible corporate office team in Manchester, NH.
Compensation includes an hourly salary ($18-$20/hr)
an average commission of $6000/yr
an average bonus of $5000/yr.
For an individual with strong sales skills the salary potential would be $50,000/yr +.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Ability to Multi-Task.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Detail Oriented work style.
Habits of a team player with a positive attitude.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Duties will include the performance of all activities related to apartment rentals such as showing apartments, coordinating move-in and move-out paperwork, preparing lease documents and answering phone calls.
This is a 40 hour per week job.
